David Nesbitt is the founder of FishingExplora and its lead editor. He grew up fishing the lochs and rivers of Scotland — a formative grounding in fly fishing for wild trout, sea-run browns, and salmon that has shaped both his approach to the sport and his understanding of what serious anglers look for in a destination. He built FishingExplora to give experienced anglers direct access to the lodges and guided programs worth their time — cutting through the marketing noise with honest, informed editorial.
